Arrow Electronics seeks a Logistics Engineer III to drive continuous improvement across its Mexican distribution centers. You will optimize inbound, storage, picking, and outbound processes, develop workflows, and enhance layouts while leading capital projects and technology integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience in high-volume warehouses, strong data analytics, and advanced English. On-site Zapopan, Mexico, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or technical field).
• 3–5 years of hands-on logistics and distribution engineering experience in high-volume warehouses.
• Expertise in facility layouts, slotting, and material-handling automation.

Responsabilidades

• Process optimization & layout design for inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound workflows.
• Develop labor standards, staffing models, and capacity plans from data and time studies.
• Lead capital, cost-reduction, and technology projects with clear scopes, budgets, and schedules.
