Bunge in Zapopan, Jalisco, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate grain transport and storage. You will oversee port and regional shipments, negotiate rates, and ensure timely, compliant operations while coordinating with Commercial, Billing, Credit & Collections, and AP teams.

Candidates should have 3+ years in shipping logistics, advanced English, strong numerical and leadership skills, and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset.

• 3+ years of experience in domestic or international shipping logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the logistics team to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of operations.
• Transportation Coordination: Manage grain transportation logistics (truck and rail), ensuring punctuality, proper documentation, and efficiency.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee storage operations, including fumigation, inventory control, inbound/outbound movements, balances, and deposit certificates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain contact with phytosanitary authorities, internal/external clients, and service providers.
• Supplier Administration: Manage service provider onboarding, rate negotiation, invoice validation, and processing of logistics service payments.
• Reporting &, Support: Generate shipment reports for clients and provide support to the billing department and balance reconciliation.
• Compliance: Ensure the execution of documented processes in accordance with Compliance policies.
• Perform other activities inherent to the department
