PROTRANS INTERNATIONAL LLC is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage transactional activities with carriers and support teams. You will be the primary contact for daily operations, addressing issues after hours and contributing to supply chain improvements that enhance customer experience.
The role requires 1+ year in logistics, willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and proficiency in English with Spanish preferred.
The Logistics Specialist (LS) manages transactional activities related to accounts and collaborates closely with transportation providers (Carriers) and internal support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. The LS serves as the primary point of contact for daily transactional operations and assumes customer service responsibilities outside of regular business hours. The LS will contribute significantly to achieving ProTrans objectives by supporting the identification, analysis, and development of supply chain solutions aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
This role may serve as a team lead for an assigned work group.
