J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is seeking a logistics coordinator to efficiently verify scheduling, tracking, loads and documentation of shipments. Advanced English is required and work is onsite at Torre 2, Plaza Uptown Juriquilla, Querétaro, Mexico.

Salary is $15,000 MXN per month before taxes. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00–14:00 and Sat 8:00–13:00. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in logistics from Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Book loads, record orders, and monitor freight to avoid penalties.
• Process shipping documents per border customs regulations and maintain records.
• Coordinate delivery appointments and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
