Job summary

MBUSI in Mexico seeks a Supplier Logistics Performance Analyst to ensure suppliers and logistics providers meet operational and compliance standards. You will supervise inbound and outbound flows, EDI/ASN integration, warehouse validation, and ERP transitions to support smooth onboarding and system implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering.
2–3 years of automotive OEM or supplier experience preferred.
Strong MS-Office and enterprise systems knowledge.
Ability to moderate and present to large groups.
Capability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and ensure MBUSI compliance.
Coordinate EDI/ASN integration and supplier onboarding.
Validate supplier warehouses and ERP transitions during onboarding.
Monitor logistics performance for new suppliers and service providers.
Support cross-functional task forces to address supply chain challenges.
Contribute to supplier onboarding improvements based on findings.
