Flowserve, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead day-to-day shipping office activities and coordinate workload with planners to meet customer expectations.

You will act as the liaison between the site shipping department and the Global Logistics team, prepare documentation, monitor shipments (domestic and international) and drive improvements in shipping efficiency and compliance. Experience in ERP and MS Office will be essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
• Experience with import/export compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a team and handle flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate shipping floor and office activities.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records for shipments.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and carriers.
• Monitor shipping performance and provide metrics monthly.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics team on site initiatives.
• Train staff on new procedures as needed.
• Resolve shipping issues and escalations.
