Job summary

Greenprint in Mexico seeks an International Logistics Coordinator to manage foreign trade operations, linking internal teams with import/export and order-tracking processes across local, national, and international levels. You will coordinate with warehouses, brokers, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, maintain KPIs, and provide clear documentation and status updates throughout the shipment cycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor local, national, and international orders from shipment date to final delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve questions and communicate restocking dates.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for in-transit incidents.
• Manage weekly ground exports to restock distribution centers.
• Generate required documentation and request transport units.
• Manage import procedures in collaboration with the customs broker.
• Track status of each operation through release and delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting; report KPIs.

Role Description:

We are looking for an International Logistics Coordinator with hands‑on expertise in foreign trade, the ability to manage multiple simultaneous operations, and an English level that allows direct communication with suppliers and partners abroad without intermediaries. You will be the link connecting internal areas with import, export, and order‑tracking processes at the local, national, and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Tracking

• Monitor local, national, and international orders, from shipment date through final delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve questions and communicate restocking dates.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for in‑transit incidents.
• Manage weekly ground exports to restock distribution centers.
• Generate the required documentation and request transport units.

3. Import Coordination

• Manage required documentation and import procedures in coordination with the customs broker.
• Track the status of each operation through to its release and delivery.

4. Cross‑Departmental Coordination & KPIs

• Maintain ongoing communication with the Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting teams.
• Monitor and report on key logistics indicators.
