GlobalTranz is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery and pickup for client shipments, coordinating with a network of carriers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and fast response to shipment updates, with responsibilities spanning tracking, load details, and cross-functional support to Customer Success, Carrier Sales, and others. Office-based in Monterrey.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative support or customer service preferred.
• In lieu of degree, combination of education and years of experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-level operational support for client shipments with tracking and tracing.
• Clarify load requirements with carriers and confirm pickup/delivery details.
• Maintain clear communications with stakeholders throughout the load process.
• Utilize and update tracking using the company load management system.
• Assist OS&D by gathering details to resolve shipment issues.
• Support other teams and ensure customer satisfaction per SOPs.
• Back-up support to team members to ensure complete service.
