Uber Freight is seeking a Portfolio Account Coordinator to manage a client portfolio of about 160 monthly shipments. You will ensure daily execution, on-time pickups and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams.

You will monitor track & trace, provide weekly KPIs, and support onboarding and growth of new business within your assigned accounts, collaborating cross-functionally to raise service levels and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with a TMS/shipment tracking system.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 1 year of logistics experience.
• Familiarity with dashboard systems.
• Office suite skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Contact carriers to obtain daily capacity and load-tender status, ensuring on-time pick-up, transit, delivery, and empty confirmations.
• Ensure accurate and timely load status updates in the TMS throughout all shipment stages.
• Notify shippers and/or receivers of shipment status and coordinate pick-up or delivery appointment changes as needed.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and carriers through professional, timely, and proactive communication.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and ensure accurate performance reporting.
• Take ownership of customer meetings, communicate performance updates, and follow up on action items and commitments.
• Coordinate with customers and carriers regarding detention and accessorial information, and obtain approval for expedited shipments.
• Identify performance trends, propose improvement initiatives, and drive accountability across operational teams to improve service levels.
• Support account growth and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the assigned portfolio.
