Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking an on-site Invoicing & Accounts Specialist in Mexico City to ensure accurate, timely customer invoicing and accessorial requests, maintain account records, and secure prompt payment for all shipments within established deadlines.

You will own invoicing and account management, collaborate with operations and accounting teams, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Solid background in customer service.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Account Management: manage billing cycles, charges, accessorial policies, and key contacts.
• Reporting & Escalations: provide weekly summaries and elevate non-responsive customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to resolve account issues and onboarding.
• Process & Ownership: maintain updated policies and own assigned accounts.
