FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Project / Process Analyst in Mexico City. Under general supervision, you will handle basic IT project management activities, develop and maintain schedules, reports, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Business or Computer Science and has 2+ years of project administration experience (1 year with FedEx preferred).

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent in Business or Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2+ years of project administration experience in field/industry.
• 1 year of experience with FedEx preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a technical expert on complex / specialist subject areas; supports management with analysis and interpretation of information.
• Leads or supports projects by applying area of expertise to achieve divisional and corporate goals.
• Under supervision, handles basic IT project management activities: schedules, status reporting, issue management, and documentation.
• Areas of responsibility include regional IT, infrastructure, and application development projects.
