Job summary

Henkel Mexico is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Liquid Detergents operations at the plant, ensuring safe, efficient production and quality goals. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to deliver business targets and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, plus deep knowledge of Lean, OEE, TPM, Six Sigma, and GMP standards, with experience in FMCG liquid products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Proven experience leading production operations in FMCG/liquid detergents.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including mixing, filling, packaging, and quality standards for liquids.
• Experience driving safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to hit safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and business needs.
• Drive Lean, Continuous Improvement, and performance management efforts.
