Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Line Leader for our Toluca Plant to guide daily operations through a team of Team Leaders and Operators, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets are met.

You will drive Lean, KWS, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to sustain high performance and strong people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading people and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of industrial process management and quality systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety practices.
• Experience with process improvement, productivity projects, and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, TPM).
• Ability to analyze metrics, solve problems, and drive results through teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead production lines to meet safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Operators with feedback and skills-building.
• Drive KWS/Kanban/Autonomous Maintenance practices and DDS routines.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, waste, material usage) and drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics to meet production goals.
