Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Advanced English, including leading meetings and presenting to executives.
• 7+ years in leadership/management in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading Production, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Budget management, KPI monitoring, and improvement project experience.
• Solid knowledge of Quality Systems, EHS, and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement programs.
• Ability to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Directs all production activities to meet volume, quality and cost targets.
• Oversees production planning, efficiency and scrap control.
• Prepares production and completion date reports.
• Evaluates methods to upgrade production, equipment use and finished goods quality.
• Plans manpower, staffing and project labor needs.
• Advises management on production issues.
• Manages department objectives, budgets and action plans.
• Validates SOPs for the production function.
