Autoliv in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Production Leader responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production area in line with Autoliv standards. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee health and safety, quality targets, and SQDCM, coordinating cross-functional teams to balance resources and priorities.

You will train AMTs, manage shift handovers, respond to production issues, and ensure timely achievement of targets while supporting ERP system changes and overall

Formación

• Vocational or Technical degree required.
• Problem-solving skills (4D, PDCA, 5 WHY and ISHIKAWA).
• Knowledge of 8D and data analysis.
• People development, inspiration and recognition.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in a Gemba leadership role.
• Experience in setting and meeting production targets.
• Experience in using Lean manufacturing tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control production activities according to Autoliv standards.
• Oversees the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
• Drives continuous improvement to achieve stable performance and SQDCM targets.
• Coordinate activities in cross functional team within own production area.
• Organizes Gemba meetings (Start-up/Handover, Pulse, Kaizen, Communications and Daily SQDCM).
• Organizes shift handover meetings and communicates stoppages or other production issues.
• Trains and develops AMTs in both hard and soft skills, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Escalates problems proactively and supports corrective actions.
