Kellanova seeks a Food Safety Analyst to lead and maintain food safety programs at the Toluca Plant, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory standards. You will analyze indicators, drive improvements, and support audits across manufacturing operations.

You will work with Production, Maintenance, EHSS, and suppliers to strengthen food safety systems and promote a strong culture of safety within the facility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in food safety or quality systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and risk assessment programs.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and supporting continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and maintain food safety programs including HACCP, GMPs, chemical management, and allergen controls.
• Analyze quality indicators, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, prepare documentation, and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and suppliers to strengthen food safety.
