Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Food Safety Analyst to lead and maintain food safety programs at the Toluca Plant in Mexico. You will support cross-functional teams, analyze quality indicators, and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and global standards.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, audits, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations with hands-on training and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain food safety programs to ensure product safety and compliance.
• Analyze indicators, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct GMP audits and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, EHSS, Procurement, and suppliers to strengthen food safety systems.
• Coordinate training and promote a strong food safety culture.
