Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Lead in Mexico to ensure efficient logistics operations, oversee goods reception, storage, inventory, and dispatch, and lead a team with a focus on safety and productivity.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a degree in engineering or business, plus 3 years of experience and knowledge of Oracle, WMS and OTM. Based in Tultitlán, México.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
• 3 years' experience.
• Office package management.
• Oracle, WMS and OTM (preferent).
• Knowledge in supply chain.
• English B1.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the reception and verification of goods.
• Ensure proper storage of products, respecting safety and inventory rotation standards.
• Manage and control inventory, minimizing errors and losses.
• Coordinate and oversee order fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Optimize the use of warehouse space and resources.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
