Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Leader to develop relationships and drive sales for the COMEX brand in Mexico. You will work with dealers, negotiate agreements, and coordinate training programs with the Training Center to boost point-of-sale performance.

Based in Cd del Carmen Campeche, the role reports to the Architectural Coatings sales team and requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced English, and at least three years in commercial or retail roles plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
• 3+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs with the Training Center according to area needs and dealership structure.
• Build strategy and commercial agreements with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
• Make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers.
• Monitor service levels and customer experience, analyze the market, and add indicators to understand POS behavior.

As a Territory Leader you will develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with our dealers to improve sales growth. You will report to the Architectural coating team as part of the Sales structure for #PPG Mexico. This position is located in Cd del Carmen Campeche.

Key Responsibilities

• You will coordinate with the Important Training Center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the dealership.
• You will build the strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
• You will make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers.
• You will monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
• 3+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.
