This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented, compliance-driven individual who understands how to ensure, facilitate, and promote the accurate and efficient interpretation, application, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements established by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC), the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), and the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI). The role serves as the Training Center’s representative and regulatory liaison before AFAC, overseeing its operating permit and regulatory filings; ensuring the authorization and compliant delivery of technical aviation training programs; maintaining instructor authorizations; coordinating course notifications, simulator training permits, licenses, ratings, examinations, and regulatory evaluations; validating training certificates and regulatory reports; and overseeing compliance across instructors, administrative personnel, students, facilities, instructional equipment, and materials. The position also leads the development and maintenance of the General Training Manual, manages institutional course and academic records, coordinates the issuance and reissuance of official training documents, and prepares executive, statistical, and regulatory reports. In addition, the role coordinates regulatory and internal audits and inspections, follows up on findings and corrective actions, manages STPS training records and filings, oversees instructor registrations, promotes compliance with personal data protection policies, manages requests related to ARCO rights, monitors applicable data protection requirements and controls, and represents Aeronautical Regulatory Affairs in relevant internal and external meetings, committees, and forums.
