Aeromexico seeks a Regulatory Affairs leader for the Training Center to ensure compliance with AFAC, STPS, INAI, and NOMs across training programs, certificates, and records. You will serve as regulatory liaison before AFAC, manage course notifications, licenses, and audits, and drive accurate regulatory reporting and document control.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field, and more than five years in aeronautical

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical fields is required.
• 5+ years in aeronautical regulation or compliance.
• Experience coordinating regulatory processes with AFAC and STPS.
• Strong knowledge of NOMs, ICAO standards, and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Aeronautical Regulatory Affairs in AFAC meetings and regulatory forums.
• Oversee operating permits, instructor approvals, course notifications, licenses, and training certificates.
• Coordinate regulatory audits and inspections, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and validate training manuals, official certificates, and regulatory records.
