Eaton is seeking a Production Supervisor in Reynosa to lead a team in a manufacturing setting. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while applying Lean practices and ergonomic methods.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and solid English communication skills. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Intermediate to advanced English; able to communicate via email and in discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and motivate production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and efficiency goals.
• Provide direct supervision and participate in hiring, promotion, wage changes and terminations.
• Coach and develop employees; plan and manage people, technology and materials.
• Monitor productivity to maintain or exceed quality and production levels.
• Lead lean initiatives, 5S, pull systems and structured problem solving.
• Maintain records and report productivity, quality and attendance; ensure effective communication across management and staff.
• Schedule management and coordination with other departments to expedite workflow and meet quality expectations.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and foster a high-performance team culture.
