Schneider Electric in Mexico is seeking a manufacturing supervisor with 2+ years of experience to lead production teams and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will enforce HSE/5S, drive Lean initiatives, and manage payroll-related tasks while coordinating with the manufacturing manager on resources and improvements.

The role requires direct team leadership of 25+ staff, SAP familiarity, and intermediate-advanced English.

Formación

• Degree in related fields.
• 2+ years experience as a manufacturing supervisor.
• Leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience leading direct reports (25+ staff).
• SAP knowledge.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, Kaizen, etc.
• Experience managing payroll administration (incidents, attendance, overtime).
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Intermediate-Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
• Enforce compliance with quality systems and defined processes and procedures to meet quality levels.
• Supervise and act as legal responsible in case of accidents.
• Participate in load/resource balance with the manufacturing manager.
• Ensure achievement of production schedules in line with cost, quality and lead time objectives.
• Oversee performance of the production sector through team leadership.
• Align resources with needs; develop training plans; lead short interval management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities in ad-hoc systems.
• Organize training needs and ensure workforce versatility.
• Contribute to industrial process improvements with support functions.
• Participate in investment proposals and plant-level projects.
