Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali, Baja California, is seeking a production supervisor to set daily production plans, oversee the workforce, and ensure safety, quality and productivity across production cells.

You will lead improvement projects, coordinate cell meetings, and apply Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ERP tools to meet customer requirements. Advanced English and at least five years of relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience to perform essential functions.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience in project development at SBU level.
• Experience in decision making at program level.
• Experience in developing strategies aligning cross functional teams.
