Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Mexicali, busca un Ingeniero de Manufactura III para apoyar la producción y asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos de diseño y calidad.

Trabajará con equipos para estandarizar procesos, crear SOPs e IWIs, y liderar mejoras usando Lean Manufacturing. Se requiere Bachiller y al menos 5 años en procesos de manufactura; se valorará experiencia aeroespacial y herramientas CAD/PLM.

Qualificações

• Bachillerato universitario; 5 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura.
• Experiencia en estandarización de procesos y mejora continua.
• Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y herramientas de calidad.

Responsabilidades

• Enviar ECRs.
• Crear ayudas visuales (SOPs e IWIs).
• Plan de trabajo/ BOM, líneas rojas/WOAs y rutinas de retrabajo.
• Generar TMOs y planes de MRR.
• Liderar RCCA e proyectos de mejora de manufactura.
• Participar en proyectos de innovación usando Lean Manufacturing.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

Position Purpose:

Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Submit ECR's .
2. Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs) .
3. Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI) .
4. Generate TMO's .
5. MRR’s work plan .
6. Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing .
7. Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
2. Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
3. Desired assembly processes knowledge.
4. Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
5. English spoken and written (80% advanced).
6. Catia V4 & V5.
7. Smarteam.
8. CAS/Solumina.
9. Autocad.
10. MS project.
11. Power BI and additive manufacturing.
