Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali seeks an experienced Leader of Operations OL3 (Avionics, 2nd shift) to supervise resources, plan daily production, and drive safety, quality and efficiency.

You will lead cross functional teams, coordinate improvement projects, and ensure alignment with customer requirements, leveraging Six Sigma, Lean and ERP expertise. Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience are required; advanced English is essential. Travel up to 25% may be needed.
