Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking an Operations Leader OL4 for the 2nd shift, overseeing production planning, resource allocation and process control to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.

You will manage the manufacturing cell, lead improvement projects, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity and material flow. Advanced English and experience with lean/six sigma and ERP are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with process control and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set a daily production plan to achieve safety, quality and production goals, supervising employee performance.
• Detect area needs and lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
