Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking an Especialista Programador de Producción ME2 to develop and maintain production schedules. The role emphasizes balancing demand, capacity, hours, and resources while monitoring daily process results.

The successful candidate will support production control, update databases, and collaborate with internal and external customers, handling multiple demands and making adjustments as needed. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2 years of experience adequate to perform essential functions.
• Experience with production control and MRP systems advantageous.
• Strong communication, teamwork and negotiation skills are required.
• Advanced English level is necessary for interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers or tasks.

Other Requirements

• CAS, Windows Office (Excel Macros and Visual Basic is a plus).
• Experience in production control.
• MRP environment knowledge.
• Demand balance and MIN MAX systems experience.

• Advanced English level.
