You will lead market analyses, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver profitable growth in the consumer goods sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in market development, brand or product management, or strategic sales in FMCG.
• Proven track record of launching new products or entering new markets.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Spanish fluency; English proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics within the consumer goods sector.
• Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies and business plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Spearhead the launch of new products and services, including market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales data and market performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
• Develop compelling business cases and presentations to secure internal and external support for new initiatives.
• Manage the P&L for assigned market segments or product lines, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in consumer goods marketing and development.
