Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Business Development Manager to drive growth in the tourism and hospitality sector from anywhere in Mexico. You will identify partnerships, negotiate agreements, and nurture key stakeholders in travel and leisure, with Cancún as a focal market.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development, deep tourism market knowledge, and excellent Spanish and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development, sales or partnerships in tourism/hospitality.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close significant deals.
• Strong grasp of local and global tourism market dynamics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and agencies.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Develop and execute plans to expand market presence and revenue.
• Represent the company at virtual industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnerships.
