Placements24 is seeking a Digital Business Development Specialist to drive online growth from a fully remote position in Mexico. You will identify opportunities, form strategic partnerships, and promote our digital services and platforms across e‑commerce and marketing channels.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in digital growth, strong analytics, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on online revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, digital marketing, or e‑commerce with a focus on online growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting; reliable internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive online sales, user acquisition, and market expansion.
• Forge and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, platforms, and influencers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior for growth areas.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and service contracts.
