Aon in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional for a full-time hybrid role based in our office, with flexible options after a 3‑month onboarding. You will design, manage, and deliver learning programs across Mexico and Colombia GCCs, coordinating schedules, facilitators, and LMS activities.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to support onboarding, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Learning & Development or related field is desirable.
  • Sophisticated English (C1) to communicate with managers across countries.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning, Training, Talent Development, capabilities, or related areas.
  • Experience building learning programs from Needs Assessments, surveys, focus groups, and other methods.
  • Strong program management, facilitation, instructional design, and evaluating learning programs.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of learning programs, workshops, leadership development, and onboarding across Mexico and Colombia teams.
  • Plan and supervise training logistics: scheduling sessions, calendars, facilitators, attendance, and LMS readiness.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Talent Development, and vendors to support GCC growth and capability-building objectives.
  • Facilitate and deliver learning sessions including new hire orientation and development programs.
  • Manage learner communications, registrations, feedback, and post-program reporting for quality experiences.
  • Monitor participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness; provide improvement insights.
  • Maintain learning records, LMS data, and training documentation for reporting and compliance.
  • Support career pathways and capability-building initiatives for Mexico and Colombia GCCs.
  • Drive operational excellence in delivery and continuously improve processes and learner experience.

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training of 3 months. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

What the day will look like

The incumbent will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives across Mexico & Colombia Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role is responsible for planning, building and managing training programs and logistics, scheduling learning sessions, working with stakeholders, delivering sessions and ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives, and onboarding activities across Mexico and Colombia teams.
  • Plan and supervise training logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing learning calendars, coordinating facilitators, tracking attendance, and ensuring readiness of training materials and platforms.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Talent Development teams, and external vendors to support learning priorities aligned to GCC growth and capability‑building objectives.
  • Facilitate and deliver selected learning sessions, including new hire orientation, learning awareness sessions, and developmental programs.
  • Manage learner communications, registrations, feedback collection, and post‑program reporting to ensure a high‑quality participant experience.
  • Supervise learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain learning records, learning management system (LMS) data, and training documentation to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of career pathways, capability‑building initiatives, and learning journeys required to enable the rapid growth of the Mexico and Colombia GCCs.
  • Drive operational excellence in learning delivery while continuously finding opportunities to improve processes, learner experience, and collaborator satisfaction.
Success Measures
  • Seamless execution of programs with high managers and participant satisfaction.
  • Strong participation and completion rates across GCC learning initiatives.
  • Timely and accurate coordination of learning logistics and reporting.
  • Effective support for onboarding, capability building, and workforce readiness asour teams continue to expand.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor's degree and courses or certifications in Learning and Development as desirable.
  • Sophisticated English (+C1) to speak with India, U.S. and English‑speaking managers in different countries.
  • Experience of 5‑8 years in Learning, Training, Talent Development, Capabilities, and similar departments
  • Experience building learning programs based on Needs Assessments, focus groups, surveys, and other methodologies.
  • Skilled in program management, facilitation, Instructional Designing, Knowledge of evaluate learning programs.
  • Behaviors of being passionate about people and learning and good communication with stakeholders working in a global environment.
