Johnson Controls is seeking a Lean Transformation lead at its Durango site to own the transformation journey for an engineered-to-order value stream. You will report to the Business System Director, coach front-line leaders, run kaizen events, and ensure the JCBS is integrated across the plant.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing operations.
• At least 2 years in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
• 2+ years in indirect leadership or influencing roles to drive Lean Transformation.
• Green Belt Six Sigma or Lean Certification in Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, takt time, flow, pull systems).
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify gaps in business metrics and collaborate with plant teams to set improvement strategies.
• Assess current state using Value Stream Mapping and root-cause analysis; define future state and drive implementation.
• Develop Lean capability across the value stream through coaching and problem-solving behaviors.
• Ensure Daily Management system is implemented and sustained within the value stream.
• Conduct time studies to rebalance operations and eliminate waste.
• Use 3P to create site flow and modify layouts as needed during transformation.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and leadership to drive Strategic Lean initiatives.
