Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Lean Transformation Lead at our Durango site to own and drive the JCBS rollout. You will guide value-stream improvements, coach front-line leaders, and ensure sustainable daily management practices across the plant.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement, plus Lean/Six Sigma credentials. Strong facilitation and tooling skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering.
• 2+ years of Lean or CI experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years indirect leadership experience.
• Green Belt Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean Transformation for one value stream in the Durango plant.
• Assess current state, identify gaps, and design future state with JCBS.
• Coach teams to sustain Daily Management and 3P flow improvements.
• Develop Lean Roadmap and drive projects across the plant.
