Johnson Controls is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead at its Durango site to own and drive the Lean Transformation Journey for a key value stream. You will assess current performance, design future-state plans, and lead teams to implement improvements across processes and layouts.

You will coach frontline leaders in JCBS principles, perform time studies, and ensure sustainment of Daily Management while advancing breakthrough performance across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing ops with 2+ years in continuous improvement/lean.
• Green Belt Six Sigma or Lean certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Own Lean Transformation Journey for one value stream at the Durango plant.
• Develop Future State vision and drive implementation plans.
• Coach staff in JCBS principles and sustain Daily Management.
• Lead time studies, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement.
