• Experience applying Lean principles in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coach and facilitate Kaizen events and value-stream sessions.
• Strong skills in measuring and driving through Lean transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Value Stream Alignment with Lean vision and strategy.
• Build Lean Production System and Lean culture across value streams.
• Lead Kaizen events and mentor Lean project teams.
• Align with Lean rewards & recognition programs and finance integration.
• Monitor and improve Value Stream transformation metrics and data integrity.
