Johnson Controls seeks a Business Systems Practitioner to develop and deliver Lean training within the Global Supply Chain Lean Academy. You will coach, deploy, and sustain Lean capabilities across manufacturing, procurement, and quality, while supporting gemba activities and Kaizen events to drive process improvements.

You will work with site leaders to map opportunities, create training calendars, and ensure standardized work and visual management are embedded on the shop floor.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen facilitation, SMED, 5S, standard work, takt time, flow, pull systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience using A3 or similar methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Conversational English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad.
• Valid passport and visa available for international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach and mentor employees to build Lean capability using hands-on learning.
• Facilitate Lean learning pathways across Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality).
• Plan and sustain leader lean immersion programs and Kaizen activities.
• Train production associates in Business System fundamentals and provide Gemba support on the shop floor.
• Identify training opportunities with the site Business System Leader and maintain training calendars.
• Support Kaizen events from prework to sustainment, including 5S and value stream mapping.
• Coach on problem solving and daily management.
• Embed Lean principles into daily management systems with cross-functional teams.
• Support Production Preparation Process activities including layout optimization and process simulation.
