• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• +5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management).
• Experience leading CI projects with measurable cost reductions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate Lean Enterprise initiatives across the facility.
• Lead CI projects focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
• Analyze operations and recommend solutions for safety, ergonomics, quality, throughput, and material flow.
• Verify compliance with standardized work procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct staffing, workload, and capacity analyses to support requirements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvements.
• Identify and implement solutions to complex operational issues.
• Collaborate with functions to deploy Lean Manufacturing principles and sustain gains.

This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and sustaining Lean methodologies that improve operational performance in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and support the site's operational excellence strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate Lean Enterprise initiatives across the facility.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
• Analyze operations and recommend solutions to address safety, ergonomic, quality, throughput, and material flow challenges.
• Verify compliance with standardized work procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct staffing, workload, and capacity analyses to support operational requirements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis activities, and problem-solving workshops.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and improvement results.
• Identify, define, and implement solutions to complex operational issues that are not immediately evident within existing processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support the deployment and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Understand customer requirements and incorporate customer-focused decision-making into daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and influence positive change across departments.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• + 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.).
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects and measurable cost reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
