Connect Group N.V. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and deliver CI initiatives across manufacturing and operations. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM projects, analyze processes, and collaborate with leadership to achieve measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires 5+ years in CI/Operational Excellence in industry, strong analytical and project-management skills, and the ability to coach teams and influence change across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement via process analysis and data.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coach and train teams on CI methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure implementation success.
• Monitor project performance via KPIs and ensure measurable results.
• Prepare reports/presentations to communicate progress to leadership.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions and new technologies to boost performance.

Join our Operations team as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer and play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and performance improvements across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes. Working closely with the Operational Excellence Director, you will support the execution of the Operational Excellence roadmap while promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through process analysis, operational data, and performance metrics.
• Developing and implementing solutions to improve productivity, quality, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
• Facilitating root cause analyses and driving sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Coaching and training teams and employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring project performance through KPIs and ensuring measurable and sustainable results.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Supporting the identification and implementation of innovative solutions, new technologies, and industry best practices to enhance operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
