Siemens in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a Lean and Continuous Improvement specialist to drive and support Lean activities across the area of responsibility. You will deploy standards, document processes, and ensure compliance while coaching teams.

The role requires 3+ years in improvement, knowledge of cost analysis and investment planning, and professional English. You will lead workshops, analyze disruptions, and contribute to change initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or process optimization.
  • Experience deploying Lean tools and facilitating workshops.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis and investment planning.
  • English – professional level.

  • Complete coaching programs to effectively implement change processes and activities.
  • Apply subject knowledge in investment calculations and implementation planning.

What you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process optimization.
  • Proven experience in deploying Lean tools and facilitating workshops.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis and investment planning.
  • English – Professional level.
Technical Skills:
  • Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED).
  • SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Project management and data analysis skills.
Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to lead change and coach teams effectively.
