Formación

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (MBA).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher certification).
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the continuous improvement strategy across all production lines, aligning it with management guidelines, business objectives, and industry best practices.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and optimize key manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality, while reducing lead times and waste.
  3. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma: Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects, ensuring the adoption of standardized work and process controls
  4. Change Management: Drive change initiatives by engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their buy-in, and executing successful transformation projects.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align improvement initiatives with the organization's overall objectives.
  6. KPIs and Performance Measurement: Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving data-driven decision-making and reporting progress to management.
  7. Training and Coaching: Guide and train employees in continuous improvement tools, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning.
  8. Digital Transformation: Integrate Industry 4.0 solutions, leveraging automation, IoT, and advanced analytics to further drive process efficiency and innovation.
  9. Sustainability Improvement: Lead initiatives that improve environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction in manufacturing processes.
  10. Benchmarking and Best Practices: Research and implement best practices from global leaders in the aerospace industry to ensure a competitive advantage and regulatory compliance.
  11. Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company.
Education
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (MBA).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher certification).
  • Additional certifications in Change Management, Operational Excellence, or Digital Manufacturing.
  • Programming language skills (desirable).
English Level
  • Advanced English.
Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP and MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
