Johnson Controls is seeking a Business Systems Practitioner to develop, implement, and run Lean Academy programs for Global Supply Chain. The role trains and coaches employees, supports Kaizen events, and drives problem solving on the shop floor to achieve sustainable lean improvements.

Responsibilities include planning effective training calendars, facilitating value stream mapping, standard work, and 5S, while partnering with operations, engineering and leadership to embed Lean principles into

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen facilitation, SMED, 5S, standard work, takt time, flow, pull systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving using A3 or similar methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Train and mentor employees to build Lean capability using hands-on learning.
• Facilitate Lean learning pathways across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality.
• Plan and sustain leader Lean immersion programs and Kaizen events.
• Provide Gemba support and coach on problem solving and Daily Management on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify training needs and Kaizen roadmap.
• Develop and maintain Lean training content and KPI reporting.
