Johnson Controls is seeking a Lean Engineer in the Monterrey area to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive savings through Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping. The role emphasizes A3 development, process mapping, and OEE analysis within HVAC contexts.

Qualifications include engineering or equivalent, 5–7 years of experience, advanced English, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills along with AutoCAD familiarity.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Five to seven years of experience desired.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Advanced English.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
• Knowledge of OEE.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades
