Johnson Controls is seeking a Business Systems Practitioner to lead the Global Supply Chain Lean Academy initiatives. The role focuses on developing training content, teaching lean tools, and supporting practitioner development across manufacturing, procurement and quality, including hands-on Gemba support.

You will drive Kaizen events, value stream mapping and problem solving, collaborating with site leaders to embed Lean into daily management and sustain improvements.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen facilitation, SMED, 5S, standard work, takt time, flow, pull systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience using A3 or similar methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Conversational English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad.
• Valid passport and visa available for international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach and mentor employees at all levels to build Lean capability using hands-on learning approaches.
• Facilitate Lean learning pathways across manufacturing, procurement, quality.
• Plan and support leader lean immersion programs, bootcamps, seminars and conferences.
• Train production associates on Business System fundamentals and shop-floor coaching.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify training opportunities aligned with Kaizen roadmap.
• Develop and maintain Lean training content, calendars and KPI reporting.
• Support Kaizen events including 5S, VSM, standard work, and pull systems.
• Coach employees in structured problem solving and daily management.
