Johnson Controls seeks a Supplier Development & Quality Manager to identify and implement continuous improvements with suppliers using Six Sigma and Lean methods. The role ensures alignment with business needs to maximize value in delivery, quality, capacity, and sustainability across sites.

The candidate will drive supplier readiness for NPI, support PPAP, manage risk, evaluate supplier performance via scorecards, and lead corrective actions with the procurement team, including on-site

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• 5+ years in supplier quality management and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on Six Sigma and Lean tools application.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement supplier quality improvements using Six Sigma and Lean.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and on-site evaluations.
• Develop onboarding and risk mitigation for suppliers.
• Support PPAP, NPI programs, and supplier readiness.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions with procurement.
• Coordinate with supplier fulfilment to mitigate late deliveries.
• Approve supplier changes and optimize supplier base.
