Job summary

BRP is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist in Querétaro to drive the BRPMS strategy with Champions, aligning tools to the plant strategy. You will lead culture creation and improvements and facilitate knowledge sharing for BRPMS implementations.

You will act as a change agent, coach lean methods, and develop strategic implementation plans across shifts, ensuring execution with excellence and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Industrial Administration with lean specialization or Six Sigma.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with Lean tools and KAIZEN culture.
• Proficient in English (80% speaking/writing).

Responsibilities

• Act as change agent to reduce waste.
• Coach lean methods in production processes.
• Promote lean thinking and change.
• Provide expertise in BRPMS tools, including training.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans based on GET assessment.
• Coordinate BRPMS deployment across areas and shifts.
• Support tool/project development and integration.
• Lead Kaizen events and workshops.
• Create metrics for process measurement and improvements.
