Job summary

BRP is a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, with operations worldwide, including Mexico. This Quality lead role in Querétaro defines and executes the strategy to ensure product and process quality while driving a safe, high-performing team.

You will oversee payroll, development, performance, provide technical support, manage the Quality Management System, and align with global BRP standards. Fluent English is required, and you will collaborate with internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in quality processes or quality management.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and EHS awareness.
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy to ensure team health, safety, and productivity.
• Oversee people administration (payroll, development, performance).
• Provide technical support and manage Quality Management System activities.
• Lead budget planning and control for the team.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and suppliers; release decisions for production.
• Ensure quality KPIs, BRP policy, and continuous improvement.
