Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a manufacturing leader in Querétaro to drive performance and continuous improvement across production teams. You will align resources, guarantee training for standardized work, and lead short interval management at the plant level.

You will manage people, budgets and industrial expertise for PCO projects, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and advanced English in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE, EE, or related field; Master's Degree desired.
• Management and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of at least 8 years in engineering & maintenance.
• Experience in management position for 3+ years.
• Experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, certification a plus.
• Experience in greenfield or ramp-up is a plus.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Enforce HSE and 5S rules on the shop floor and manage incidents.
• Ensure quality system adherence and defined process execution.
• Align resources with needs across short/medium/long horizons.
• Lead performance and productivity of resources; manage load vs. MPS.
• Develop Master Production Schedule and support production planning.
• Manage the team per Schneider Performance System and SIM rules.
• Oversee people management: goals, performance, development, engagement.
