Littelfuse is seeking a Lean Engineer to support product development and process improvements across manufacturing operations. You will design, develop, modify and evaluate options, and prepare technical specs while assisting with project management and scheduling of customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Familiarity with engineering practices.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes sound design recommendations for product development or enhancement.
• Prepares reports and technical specifications.
• Assists with project management and scheduling of customer requirements.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.
