Littelfuse is seeking a Lean Engineer to support product development and process improvements across manufacturing operations. You will design, develop, modify and evaluate options, and prepare technical specs while assisting with project management and scheduling of customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office.

Reporting to the Lean Coordinatorr you as a Lean Engineer you will be resposible for designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes sound design recommendations to fulfill requirements. Assesses results for applicability, validity and conformance with design specifications. Performs technical assignments of related tasks that are typically a focused portion of a larger project, under general supervision.
